2.       ANGLICAN/EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY – 1 MAY 2011 (Kristen Oliver)

3.       APPROVAL OF MINUTES AS PRESENTED.  Moved: Paul Millward  Seconded: Shirley Cudmore (Carried).  No business arising from the minutes.

4.       TREASURER’S REPORT: $3,956.47 - $14.85 (bank charges) = $3,941.62

Deanery apportionments owing $830.33 for 2011.   Total $4771.95.

5.       ARCHDEACON’S REPORT:  Diocesan Strategic Planning Task Force & Who’s Your Neighbour.

Congregations are encouraged to reach out to surrounding communities.  Clergy and laypersons equipped with leadership skills.  Stewardship skills in the planning of financial resources.

6.       DIOCESAN COUNCIL:  Harvey German - 25 February
